# How can I check the status of ‘My Order’?

You can track the status of your order 24*7 in your ‘My Order’ section @ ‘My Account’. Now, in case you are not registered with us, you can directly access the information in the Orders Section. In this case, you will have to enter your e-mail address and login information.

# Do I get an alert when my order leave to the address I have registered?

Yes, you will always get an email alert from our end on your registered email id, as soon as your order leaves our premises.

# How can I return/exchange ‘My Order’ for any purchase that I have done at Desi Dhaage?

We make things with our heart and wish that it touches yours’, whenever you order from us. But just in case if any product isn’t perfect, please do let us know & we shall either replace that with the identical piece or send across a piece in another color/ style. Provided you return the piece in the same condition as you had received within 10 days from the day you receive your order from our end. Please note that once the dress is received by us, our designers will give it a hawk eye view, and upon their jurisdiction an e-voucher equivalent to the return value of the dress minus the shipping cost will be sent to you in 7 working days.

# Is there an exchange/ return on the products that I buy from the ‘Sale Section’?

No, we do not exchange/ return on merchandise which are offered on sale at our website.

# Can I cancel ‘My Order’ once I have confirmed it?

At present we do not offer any cancellation of the order, once you have made a purchase with us. For more, please refer to the ‘Return Policy’

# Where can I get ‘My Order’ delivered?

You can share your full postal address of either your home or office, and please do not forget to mention the Pin Code & Mobile number. Delivery rates and time of delivery will vary basis the glo-cal location of yours’.

# How can I pay for ‘My Order’?

# What do I do? When I cannot find my color or size for the product that I want on your website?

In the case where your choice of product is out of stock, you can share the same with us by choosing the color option and the size {by referring to our Size Chart}, and email us on customercare.desidhaage@gmail.com and we shall revert back to you in 48 hrs on whether your product can be re-produced or not?

# What happens, when I do not get all the items that I had ordered from your website?

Before you hit the panic button – we would request you to please check your mail inbox to see whether we have sent across an email to you, mentioning the same and also an update- as to when will you get the order that you have purchased.

Because:-

A} You might have purchased the product/s from our site on the same day at different time-lines or Time Zones {GMT, IST, UTC}, so the order will reach you in that very chronological manner.

B} The product you have ordered might be out-of-stock. In this scenario your money for that very product will be refunded to you as per the standard policy.

# What happens when ‘My Order’ does not match with what I get delivered?

In case you receive an incorrect order in terms of the size or different color or a different product from what you had ordered with us on our portal, all you have to do is return the order to us with 10 days from the date you receive the product. Please note:-

A} The product has to be returned in the same manner, as you had received, along with the price tags, & once the product reaches us- our designers will review your order and the product that you have returned, and upon their jurisdiction you will be refunded.

B} Desi Dhaage will not reimburse the proportional part of the delivery cost that you will incur in case you use a an ‘Express Delivery’ or 2 Day Shipping facility at your end.

# Do ‘My Selected Order/s’ get automatically saved in my cart/wishlist, so that next time when I re-visit the site I can see them for my reference and buy them if I want?

Yes, all your saved items will be visible in the cart or wishlist till the moment you do not clear the cache or history of the browser of your system.
